What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and home address.
- Details about your pets: care instructions, health information, vaccination records and photos.
- How to get into your home: key, lockbox or alarm information.
- Your bookings, invoices, payments you tell us about, and messages you send us.
- Basic technical information needed to run the site, such as a login cookie.
How we use it
Only to provide and schedule pet care, keep your pets safe, contact you, send reminders and invoices, and run this website. Home access details are visible only to Nick.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with services needed to run the business, such as our web host and email provider, or when the law requires it, or with a veterinarian in an emergency.
Payments
We never see or store card or bank numbers. Payments go through the service you choose, such as PayPal or Cash App.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
Your information is protected by a password-protected account and an encrypted connection. We keep it while you're a client and for a reasonable time afterward for our records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can update your information in your account at any time. To get a copy of your information or have it deleted, email the email on our website.
